Prices

The prices in the Webshop are SEK excl VAT. To be able to see the prices, you will need to be logged in.

As the prices in the webshop can be wrong or not up to date, we reserv the right to change prices at any time.

The correct price is stated in the order confirmation. If you do not accept the price, you can cancel the order.

Prices are not available for all products in the webshop. In these cases contact us for further price information.

Discounts is only stated on the order form (shopping cart), not in the webshop. For the moment you can only see general discounts. In case you have article unique discounts, you will see them in our order confirmation, see below.

Order confirmation

An order comfirmation will be sent through e-mail within 2 working days. The order is not agreed upon, until we have confirmed your order.

If the prices are higher (see Prices) in the order confirmation than in the webshop, you have to confirm that you have accepted the higher price.

The same thing applies if the delivery time in the order confirmation is longer than 10 working days. In that case you need to confirm that you accept the delivery time.

Payment terms

The payment terms is pre payment or according to agreement to be made.

If you already are a customer, the registered conditions applies.

Delivery terms

The goods is delivered free our stock in Borås. Freight costs or other costs are not included unless agreed upon.

Packing is included unless special packing is required. Cost for special packing is stated in the order confirmation.

Delivery way

The delivery way is according to agreement to make.

Delivery time

The nelivery time is normally 2-10 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time is stated on the order confirmation. If you do not accept the delivery time, you can cancel the order.

Ownership

The ownership of delivered goods is not transfered to the customer until full payment has been received.

Warranty / Guarantee

Defective or non-performing products must be reported to us within 7 days from receipt of goods.

Standard warranty is 6 months or according to the warranty periods set by the original manufacturer. We reserve the right to repair (labour and parts are free) or otherwise modify or exchange the product at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover any other losses or damages caused by the faulty product.
